Dear Church Members,
The Trustees formed a new building committee in early 2015 to investigate and develop conceptual plan alternatives for a more secure and permanent church secretary office within the Fellowship Hall building.
To move ahead in this task, architect William Brewster was engaged to develop conceptual plans and approximate cost estimates for the most promising Fellowship hall modification options.
On the left are links to view 3 basic office plan alternatives, each with an additional closet space sub-option. Estimated construction cost for the 3 plan alternative with the 3 sub-options range between $19,336 and $48,175 not including air conditioning.
Church member involvement is essential in guiding us all towards the best possible church office solution, recognizing that a best option will have some disadvantage as well. While our church is not in a financial position to build the desired building addition concept presented in 2014, it is important we follow through on the next best option within our budgeting ability to address this Church secretary office need.
Please join us Sunday June 4 following the Church service for to review and vote on our church office renovations.
Thank you,
The Building Committee

During the month following the presentation, the Building Committee will be seeking and compiling further input from all church members, both written and verbal, with the hope that opinions may gravitate toward a preferred option.
Please contact any one of the Building Committee with any questions or feedback.
