What time is your Sunday worship service?
Our main weekly service is at 10am on Sunday and typically lasts an hour.
Where do I park?
Parking is located across the street at the Lebanon Town Hall or behind the church on the Lebanon Green.
Is your church handicap-accessible?
Our handicap-accessible entrance is located behind the sanctuary if coming from the front of our church. If you’ve parked in the lot on the green, it is the second door from the lot. There is an elevator just inside the door and assistance is available if needed.
What should I wear?
We want you to be comfortable when joining us for our services! You are encouraged to wear whatever is most comfortable for you. At this time, we do not have air conditioning in our sanctuary, so please be aware of that during the summer months.
What is worship like?
In all things we do we seek to honor God. (1 Corinthians 10:31)
The service begins with announcements which keeps everyone in the loop with the many happenings within our Church family. There is a moment to greet each other and a time for joys and concerns.
Our services consist of readings from the old and new testament and a meditative sermon given by our Pastor Reverend Will. Most services, our choir sings from the choir loft, accompanied by our Music Director, Derek Waldron. Every Third Sunday we offer our Contemporary Worship service with upbeat music and special music.
We invite all to join us in the attached Fellowship Hall after the service for coffee, snacks, and fellowship.
Do you offer Sunday School classes for Children?
Each Sunday, all children are invited to the front of the sanctuary for our Children’s Message given by our pastor, one of the members of our Board of Christian Education, or an invited guest. Directly after the Children’s Message, all children are then invited to attend Sunday School classes.
What about infants and toddlers?
We are happy to have children of all ages remain in our sanctuary during our service, however we do offer child care if you wish.
How often do you celebrate communion?
Our church family receives communion together on the first Sunday of each month and all are welcome to receive the body and blood of Christ. Freshly baked bread will be offered to you by one of our Deacons, we invite you to wait until the bread has been shared with the congregation and we will take and eat together. We then invite you to share in the blood of Christ, using grape juice. Again, you will be offered a small glass by one of our deacons and we will drink together as one.
Does your church receive an offering?
Yes, we have a weekly offertory at every service. Members and Regular attendees are encouraged to be faithful in honoring their pledges.
How do I become a member?
We would love for you to join our church! Please contact the church office for more information.
